<br /> DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br /> The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Darryl D.
<br /> Bockmann, not personally but as Trustee on behalf-of-Darryl D"Bockmann Revocable Trust
<br /> dated December 27, 2000, and K. Diane Bockmann, not personally but as Trustee on behalf of K.
<br /> Diane Bockmann Revocable Trust dated December 27,2000, and Jay D, Bockmann and
<br /> Stephanie Bockmann, husband and wife, and Eric T. Bockmann, a single person as Trustor, for
<br /> the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Wells Fargo Bank
<br /> Nebraska, National Association, as a result of an acquisition and name change, dated as of October 3,
<br /> 2002, and recorded on October 4, 2002, in Instrument No. 02-00210623 in the Office of the
<br /> Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the
<br /> person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, part of the right, title and interest
<br /> now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Deed of
<br /> Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.

<br /> Tract 1; The West Half (W1/2) of Section Two (2), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West
<br /> of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Tract 2: The Southwest Quarter (SW1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven
<br /> (11) West of the 6th P.M, Hall County, Nebraska and The South Half of the South Half of the Northeast
<br /> Quarter (S1/2S1/2NE1/4) and the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Three (3►, Township Twelve (12)
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 8th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Partial Reconveyance to be
