If the Trustor or any other person obligated under the debt secured by the <br />Deed of Trust has been a Chapter 13 bankruptcy debtor, and the note holder or its representative <br />has obtained relief from the automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. §362 in that person's bankruptcy <br />proceeding, and thereafter that person converted to a Chapter 7 and a discharge was granted to <br />that person, that person will have no personal liability for the above referenced debt.
