<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />September 29, 2006, by ABEL VASQUEZ and MARGIE VASQUEZ, husband and wife,
<br />Trustors, in favor of TIERONE SANK, as Beneficiary, and U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY,
<br />NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on October 4, 2006, as
<br />Instrument No.2006-08896, of the Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust
<br />was assigned by the original Beneficiary, TIERONE BANK to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an
<br />Assignment filed for record on November 1 S, 2006, as Instrument No.2006-10221 of the Mortgage
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska. PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER has been appointed as Successor
<br />Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />LOTS 120 AND 121, BELMONT ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER, far all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
