Lender and Trustor have entered into a Deed of Trust dated Septerhber 13, 2002 (the "Deed of Trust") which has been recorded in HALL County, State of Nebraska, as follows: '' Recorded in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County as Doc #200209836 on 09/17!2002. REAL 'PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2-, Kay-Dee Subdivisign located on part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) of Section Twenty-one (21), Township Eleven 111) North, Range Nine (91 West of the 6th'P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 1603 GRETCHEN AVE., GRAND ISLAND, NE 68803. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Extend maturity date to February 16, 2015. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
