Baack, Attorney, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated <br />July 3, 2007, wherein Heath A. Johnson and Barbara L. Johnson, Husband and Wife, are the <br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on July 12, 2p07, as Instrument No. 200705900 and contains as trust property the <br />following-described real estate: <br />LOT EIGHT ($), KENTISH HILLS SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; <br />which is commonly known as 3$21 Rochdale Circle, Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, <br />appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, as well as all replacements <br />and additions; all of which was referred to in that Deed of Trust as the "Property"; <br />hereby gives notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that said Trustors have failed to <br />make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of <br />Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated July 3, 2007, owing <br />from Trustors to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to above, which secures <br />this obligation. <br />By: <br />rend R.
