<br /> TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br /> WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Centura Hills Golf °
<br /> Club LLC, Trustar(s), to The State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br /> Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2005 in which The
<br /> State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation is
<br /> Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being retarded March 29, 2007 as Document No. 200702491 of
<br /> the Retards of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br /> requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br /> legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br /> as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), Lot Eleven (11), and Lot Twelve (12), Block (1), Centura Hills East Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And
<br />Lot Sixteen (16), and Lot Seventeen (1'~) Block Two (Z), Centura Hills East Subdivision, an
<br />Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And
<br />Lot Two (2), Centura Hills East Second Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this FARTIAL DEED OF
