<br />QUITCLAIM DEED
<br />REGINA J. RATHMAN, GRANTOR, in consideration of the Property Settlement /~•~~
<br />Agreement and Decree. of Dissolution of Marriage entered in Hall County District Court,
<br />Case No. CI 09-657, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby quitclaim,
<br />grant, and convey to DOYLE M. RATHMAN, GRANTEE, the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska:
