<br /> The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Leslie G. Woodward, President
<br /> of MID-NEBRASKA DISPOSAL, INC., whose mailing address is 3080 W. 2"d, P.O. Box 237,
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska 68802, as Trustor, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 1044,
<br /> Hastings, Nebraska 68902-1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage Bank, formerly known as
<br /> City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a National Banking Corporation, P.O.
<br /> Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-0349, as Beneficiary, recorded in the Office of the Register of
<br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 3, 1990, as Document No. 90-101765, has been paid, and
<br /> the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br /> confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br /> In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br /> Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
