<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Timothy d
<br />R. O'Neill aka Timothy O'Neill and Miki S. O'Neill, Husband and Wife, Borrower, to
<br />HERITAGE BANK, Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named
<br />herein, dated May 1, 2009, and recorded May 4, 2009, Instrument number 0200903401 in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
