<br />Know All Men By These Presents, That, Whereas, Doyle L. Hulme and Kay V. Hulme,
<br />husband and wife, of 6505 Saltgrass Court, Lincoln, Nebraska 6$521, by Deed of Trust dated
<br />December 27, 2006, and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County of
<br />Hall, in the State of Nebraska, on December 28, 2006, Instrument No. 0200611517, of the
<br />records in said office conveyed to Bruce I. Smith, as Trustee, certain property in trust to secure
<br />the payment of the indebtedness mentioned therein;
<br />And, Whereas, said Xndebtedness has been partially paid and the purposes of said trust have
<br />been partially satisfied.
<br />Now, Therefore, at the request of the legal holder of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of
<br />Trust, and in consideration of the premises, and in further consideration of the sum of• -TEN-
<br />Dollars to me in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Trustee, do
<br />hereby remise, release and quit-claim unto the present owner or owners of said real estate and
<br />unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, title and
<br />interest which I, as such Trustee, have in and to only the following portion of the property, set
<br />forth and described in the aforesaid Deed of Trust to wit:
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five, Township
<br />Eleven North, Range Twelve West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The West Half of the Northwest Quarter of Section Five, Township Eleven North, Range Twelve
<br />West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To Have And To Hold The Same, Together with all and singular the privileges and
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging forever. And fiarther, that, as to the above described property
<br />only, the said Trust Deed is to be considered as fully and absolutely released, cancelled and
<br />forever discharged.
