This condominium project shall be completed in two phases. Phase One shall <br />constitute the Ten (10) condominiluri units built on Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6) in Northview <br />Seventh Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The sale of six of the <br />condominium units in Phase One shall constitute substantial carnpletion far purposes of qualifying <br />any proposed purchaser for financing in any secondary mortgage market. <br />2. "Plats and Plans" are attached hereto as Exhibit "A" for Lot Four, Exhibit "B" far <br />Lot Five and Exhibit "C" for Lat Six as described above and these Exhibits establish the Legal <br />Survey for all condominium units in Phase One. <br />3. Declarant shall undertake the completion of the project by constructing <br />condominiums on Lots One, Two and Three, which shall constitute Phase Two after substantial <br />completion of Phase One. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Declaration this ~ day of <br />~~. , 2010• <br />-1- <br />
