<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by Jahn Markland a
<br />sin Ike man as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank a Federal Savin s Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated Se tember 22 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument
<br />Number 9$-109273 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA4 INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
