<br />therein, dated August 21, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />in Book N/A Page N/A ar Instrument Number 98-108299 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
