<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Gordon
<br /> O'Neill, Husband and Colleen O'Neill, Wife to TierOne Bank, Trustee and Beneficiary, dated September
<br /> 12, 2008, and recorded September 12, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as entered in Instrument #0200807868, has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby
<br /> request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br /> the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br /> the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br /> Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:

<br /> Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, having lake
<br /> front footage of Eighty (80) feet."
