Lienholder presently holds one or mare mortgages, deeds of trust and/or other <br />consensual liens upon the above-described real estate (hereinafter referred to as the "property"), <br />which martgages, deeds of trust and/or other consensual liens are described as follows: Deed of <br />Trust dated August 16, 2005 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska on August 22, 2005 as Document No. 200508196. <br />2. Lienholder has been notified that the owners of the real estate legally described <br />hereinabove desire to file a request with the Central Platte Natural Resources District (hereinafter <br />referred to as "CPNRD") for a permit to allow the transfer of certified irrigated acres from the <br />real estate described hereinabove. Lienholder has been requested to consent to such request and <br />to the transfer of the certified acres from the above-described real estate. <br />
