<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed January
<br />30, 2007, by ANACLETO RODRIGUEZ and EDELMIRA ARANDA DE RODRIGUEZ, as husband
<br />and wife, Trustors, in favor of PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK & TRUST CO., as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on
<br />January 30, 2007, as Instrument No. 200700768, in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK
<br />& TRUST CO. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated January 30, 2007, and filed for record
<br />on January 30, 2007, as Instrument No. 200700769 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.. PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK,
<br />N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally described as follows:
<br />THE EASTERLY 54 FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT 2 IN FRACTIONAL
<br />BLOCK 7 IN LAMBERT'S ADDITION AND THE WESTERLY 39.6
<br />FEET OF FRACTIONAL LOT 2, AND THE EASTERLY 14.4 FEET OF
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 3, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 2, OF EVANS
<br />ADDITION, BOTH BEING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustors are hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the tiling of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
