Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, PLATTE VALLEY STATE BANK <br />& TRUST CO. to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated January 30, 2007, and filed for record <br />on January 30, 2007, as Instrument No. 200700769 in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, <br />Nebraska.. PATRICIA D. SCHNEIDER has been appointed as Successor Trustee, replacing U.S. BANK, <br />N.A., by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska.
