<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ~~S-
<br /> James R Perkins and Janice K Perkins, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State cn)
<br /> Bank of Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank,
<br /> Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 24, 2002 in which The State Bank of
<br /> Cairo, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary,
<br /> said Deed of Trust being recorded January 25, 2002 as Instrument 200201023 of the
<br /> Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br /> $95,060,00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that
<br /> this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br /> of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br /> or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br /> described as follow:

<br /> The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) and the Southwest Quarter of the
<br /> Southwest Quarter (SW1/4SW1/4) all in Section Thirty Six (36), Township Twelve (12)
<br /> North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a
<br /> certain tract more particularly described as Lot One (1), Perkins Acres Subdivision, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
