<br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That the undersigned, Mutual of Omaha Bank (f/k/a Security Federal Savings), for valuable consideration
<br />to the undersigned in hand paid by Mutual of Omaha Bank, and for the purpose of inducing the said Mutual
<br />of Omaha Bank, to consummate a trust deed loan to Blake M Corman and Jill M Corman~,husband and
<br />wife, AS hereinafter described does hereby subordinate the trust deed executed in favor of and payable to the
<br />undersigned, executed by Blake M Corman and Jill M Corman husband and wife in the amount of
<br />19$ ,100.00, and recorded on May Ol, 2008 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE, as
<br />instrument No. 200803688 and does hereby declare said trust deed to be subject, junior and inferior to the trust
<br />deed of Mutual of Omaha Bank being the trust deed in the amount of $87,600.00 executed by Blake M
<br />Corman and Jill M Carman, husband and wife in favor of and payable to Mutual of Omaha Bank and
<br />which was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE, on a' a-ably
<br />And the undersigned, Mutual of Omaha Bank, does hereby acknowledge and declare that any lien which
<br />they may have or claim upon the real estate described a Lot 8, in Block 6, in Country,, Club_Subdivision, in
<br />the City of Grand Island,, Hall County, Nebraska Under and by virtue of said trust deed instrument recorded
<br />in the Office of Register of Deeds of Hall County, NE, as instrument No. 200803688, shall be and remain at all
<br />times subject, junior and inferior in lien to the lien of Mutual of Omaha Bank and identified
