<br />and Renay_Christine Stover, husband and wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings
<br />Bank as Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authorit the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 9, 199$, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A
