<br />GRANTORS, for and in consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from

<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim, and interest in and to the above-
<br />described premises.
<br />This Special Quitclaim Deed is given as an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />conveyed said land to the Grantees for a fair and adequate consideration being satisfaction of
<br />obligations by virtue of that certain Land Contract filed of record in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on November 29, 2007, as Instrument No. 200710026.
<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made and that there are no
<br />agreements, oral or written, or other than this deed, between Grantor and Grantee with respect to
<br />said land.
