<br />m. WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 19, 2001, executed by Douglas L. Crumrine & Cynthia H. Crumrine,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, C1~
<br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as ~'
<br />Instrunnent #0200103540 on the 23rd day of April, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Paints Bank,
<br />as Beneficiary; written request to reconvey the real estate described. in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Seven (7), of Centura Hills Subdivision, an Addition to the Village of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such .Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
