Q <br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Ivan Schlichting and Anne K. <br />Morse, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and <br />other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Jerome J. Watson and .lane L.
