<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by, Timothy "~
<br />R. O'Neill and Miki S. O'Neill, as Husband and Wife, Borrower, to HERITAGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HERITAGE BANK, the Beneficiary named herein, dated February 24,
<br />2009, and recorded March 11, 2009, Instrument Number 0200901791 in the office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has been
<br />requested this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:

<br />Tract 2: Lot 6, O'Neill Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall county; AND Tract

<br />Lot 5, O'Neill Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County; AND Tract 5: Lot
<br />3, O'Neill Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
