Ahlschwede, Attorney, <br />as Trustee, far the benefit of Equitable Bank fka The Equitable Building and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank as Beneficiary, dated <br />June 22, 1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xall County, <br />Nebraska as Document No. 98-1.06762 ,has been paid, and the Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as <br />confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the <br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto <br />all the right title and in#~ere~t and claim acquired by._. rho Trustee pursuant to the Deed.__ _ _ <br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below. <br />3.
