O <br /> <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this e~~ day of JANUARY, 20 ] 0 <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender", and <br />PAUL M HAILICKA AND SUE R HAILICKA, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of TrustlMortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT SEVEN (7), BLOCK TWO (2), WOODLAND PARK FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY <br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated _JUNE 16, 2009 filed for record on JUNE 18, 2009 in the <br />office afthe HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />in DOCUMENT #0200904912; <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/NTortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above-described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRII., 1, 2010. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
