Gregersen and Dorothy P. Gregersen, ` ~, <br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded. in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as <br />Instrument #0200907744 on the 24th day of September, 2009, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bazzk, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Six (6), Block Fifteen (15), West Park Addition to the City of Grand.
