<br />benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated August 31, 1998, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall Caunty, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A ar Instrument
<br />Number 98-108616 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
