20100053 <br />(C) "Lender" is EQUITABLE BANK <br />Lender is a Savings Bank <br />organized and existing under the laws of THE STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />Lender's address is 113-115 N LOCUST ST PO BOX 160 GRAND ISLAND NE 6$$02-01fi0 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) '"Trustee" is EQUITABLE BANK <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated January 22 , 2010 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND <br />p 0 / 100 Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 188 , 000.00 )plus interest. Borrower has promised to pay this debt in regular Periodic <br />Payments and to pay the debt in full not later than February 1, 2040 <br />(F) "Property" means the property that is described below under the heading "Transfer of Rights in the <br />Property.
