The grantors are DUANE A <br />SUSS and GRETCH)N R BUSS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, whose address is 1128 S CHERRY ST, Grand <br />Island, Nebraska 68801 ("Borrower"). Borrower is not necessarily the same as the Person or Persons who sign the <br />Contract. The <br />beneficiary is TierOne Bank, which is organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America and <br />whose address is 1235 'N' St / PO Bax 83009, Lincoln, Nebraska 68501 ("Lender"). DUAN1Ea A BUSS and <br />GRETCHEN R BUSS have entered into a Equity _ Line of Credit ("Contract") with Lender as of January 21, <br />2010, under the terms of which Borrower may, from time to time, obtain advances not to exceed, at any time, a <br />***MAXIMUM PRINCIPAL AMOUNT (EXCLUDING PROTECTIVE ADVANCES)*** of Fifty <br />Thousand and 00/100 Dollars (U.S. $50,000.00) ("Credit Limit"). Any party interested in the details related to <br />Lender's continuing obligation to make advances to Borrower is advised to consult directly with Lender.
