<br />Trust dated December 27, 2000, GRANTOR, inconsideration of the transfer to the beneficiary of
<br />the trust, conveys to GRANTEE, K. Diane Bockmann, Trustee of the Darryl D. Bockmann Trust

<br />(SEl/4SE'/q), all in Section Thirteen (13), Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT a tract
<br />of land comprising a part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE'/4SE'/a) of said Section 13, more particularly described as

<br />bearing of S 89'59'57" W along the North line of said Bosselville
<br />Subdivision a distance of 1,257.22 feet to a point on the West line of said
<br />East Half of the Southeast Quarter (E'/zSEI/4); thence N 01'31'09" E along
<br />said West line a distance of 567.00 feet to a point on curvature thence
<br />around a curve in a counter clockwise direction having a delta angle of
<br />67'08'11", an arc length of 1,472.85 feet, a radius of 1,256.97 feet and a
<br />chard bearing N 53°28'52" E for a distance of 1,390.03 feet; thence N
<br />89'59'58" E a distance of 143.66 feet to a point on the West Right of Way
<br />line of U.S. Highway 281; thence S 00°45'50" W along said West Right of
<br />Way line a distance of 1,394.10 feet to the point of beginning (said
<br />exception containing 25.00 acres, more or less);
