<br />TRUSTEE'S PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Century Hills Golf
<br />Club LLC, Trustor(s), to The State Bank of Caira, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated November 18, 2005 in which The
<br />State Bank of Cairo, now known as Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation is
<br />Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded March 29, 2007 as Document No. 200702491 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, has been partially satisfied and said beneficiaries have
<br />requested that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request. and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, a part of the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />Lot 15, Block 2, Centura Hills East Subdivision, An Addition to the Village of Caira, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this PARTIAL DEED OF
<br />RECONVEYANCE, at Cairo, Nebraska, this 11th day of January, 2010.
