Powell, formerly known as Janice G. Rathman, as sole successor <br />Trustee of the Jerome J. Rathman and Janice G. Rathman Trust, in consideration of the sum of <br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other goad and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, conveys to Chad Rathman and Lisa B. Rathman, husband and wife, Grantees, <br />as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat.
