Perkins and Terri L. Perkins, husband and wife, in <br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, conveys an undivided one-half interest to Aron <br />W. Hostetler and Patricia A. Hostetler, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of <br />survivorship, and not as tenants in common, and an undivided one-half interest to Ertc M. <br />Hostetler and Kimberly K.
