<br />2006, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 200500807 wherein Isidro Esquivel and
<br />Candelaria Avalon, husband and wife are named Trustars; and Long
<br />Beach Mortgage Company is named Beneficiary; and C . E . Heaney Jr . a_s
<br />named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and r..onveyed.to the Trustee,
<br />on the trust therein expressed, the property above described to
<br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note c?f
