Robertson and Marilyn J. Robertson, husband and wife, as Trustor, to Geneva State Bank, as Trustee, dated April 10, 2006, covering the following described real estate, to-wit: Lots Three (3) and Four (4) irr Block Seven (7), Original Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, (More commonly known as: 303 South Thebe Street, Cairo, NE 68824) which is also known as the "Real Property" or "Property" to secure certain obligations in favor of Geneva State Bank, as Beneficiary, such Deed of Trust being recorded on April 18, 2006, as Instrument No. 0200603424 in the Real Estate Records of Hall County, Nebraska. A breach of an obligation for which the above described Real Property was conveyed as security has occurred in that default has been made in the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by Trustor's (also known as Borrower) Promissory Note dated September 18, 2008, being an extension or renewal of the Note secured by the Deed of Trust, and no cure of such default has been made. All principal and interest is now due and payable and Geneva State Bank, Beneficiary, has delivered to the Trustee a written declaration of default and demand for sale and a written notice of default and election to cause the Real Property described in such Deed of Trust to be sold to satisfy said obligations.
