Strehle and Helen K. Strehle, husband ~-~-' <br />and wife <br />herein called the grantor whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable <br />consideration received from grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Jonathan M.
