Hansen and Nancy A. Hansen, as the surviving <br />joint tenants, are entitled to the full ownership of <br />the said real property by virtue of their co-ownership <br />of the property with rights of survivorship. Pursuant to Nebraska Probate Code Section 30-24,130 <br />Reissue (2008), a purchaser of real property from or <br />lender to a person named as the successor in an <br />affidavit under Section 30-24129 shall have the same <br />protection as a person purchasing from or lending to a <br />distributee who has received a deed of distribution <br />from a personal representative as provided in Section <br />30-24,108 Reissue (2008). <br />13.
