<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST, executed by SCOTT A. BENSON AND RENEE M. BENSON,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, as Trustee, for the benefit of GREAT WESTERN BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated June 24, 2009 and recorded June 25, 2009 as Instrument No. 0200905124 in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or through said Deed of Trust in the property legally described as

<br />PARCEL 2: LOT TWO (2), LOCATED SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80, EXCEPTING CERTAIN TRACTS DEEDED TO THE STATE
<br />OF NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN $OOK 9, PAGE 659 AND IN BOOK 13, PAGE 149, ALL IN SECTION THIRTY
<br />(30), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT ISLAND TEN (10) IN SECTION THHtTY (30), TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE (12), WEST OF
<br />THE 6TH P.M., TOGETHER WITH ACCRETION AND ADDITIONS TO THE SAME AS WOULD BE DETERMINED AND DESCRIBED
<br />BY A SURVEY OF THE SAME.
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in noway affect the other property
<br />described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust.
