<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST, executed by SCOTT A. BENSON AND RENEE M. BENSON,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to GREAT WESTERN BANK, as Trustee, for the benefit of GREAT WESTERN BANK, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated September 29, 2006 and recorded October 6, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200609006 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, quitclaim and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto,
<br />without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to said Trust by or through said Deed of Trust in the property legally described as

<br />PARCEL 2: LOT 2, LOCATED SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 80, EXCEFTING CERTAIN TRACTS DEEDED TO THE STATE OF
<br />NEBRASKA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN BOOK 9, PACE 6S9 AND IN BOOK 13, PAGE 149, ALL IN SECTION 30,
<br />TOWNSHIP 9 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST OF THE bTH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT ISLAND 10 IN SECTION 30, TOWNSHIF 9 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., INCLUDING ALL
<br />ACCRETION LAND LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF SAID LOT ISLAND 10, ONLY AS NO ACCRETION LAND IN THE OTHER
<br />SIDES ARE INCLUDED
<br />This Deed of Reconveyance is given on the express understanding and condition that it shall in no way affect the other property
<br />described in the said Deed of Trust, which property shall remain subject to the said Deed of Trust.
