<br />all goods; all farm products; all goods which are or may become fixtures; all fixtures;
<br />all equipment; and all inventory, including without limitation, all machinery, fix-
<br />; tares, equipment, supplies, and other properties located or installed in, on, or
<br />aiyout or used in connection with the buildings and improvements owned by the Debtor
<br />and located at its places of business in Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, including
<br />grain elevators, elevator annexes, grain storage warehouses, grain storage bins,
<br />grain storage tanks, feed mills, bulk blend fertilizer plants, petroleum bulk plants,
<br />liquid fertilizer plants, anhydrous ammonia plants, warehouses, shops, offices,
<br />residences and related facilities, including truck scales, hoists, dust collectors,
<br />aerators, fans, belts, motors, conveyors, compressors, elevating legs, spouting,
<br />truck lifts, grain driers, hammer mills, roller mills, truck hoists, scales, dis-
<br />tributors, conveyors, augers, motors, blenders, payloaders, hopper scales, fertilizer
<br />spreaders, petroleum storage tanks, delivery units, pumps, pipes, fittings, liquid
<br />fertilizer storage tanks, nurse tanks, applicators, anhydrous ammonia storage tanks,
<br />nurse tanks, applicators, trailers, tool barn, shop equipment, grain storage ware-
<br />house eauipmen[,warehouse equipment, aeration equipment, grain driers, truck scales,
<br />motor vehicles and trailers, office equipment and office machines; all inventories,
<br />including without limitation, grain, feed, seed, dry fertilizer, liquid fertilizer,
<br />petroleum products, agricultural chemicals, farm supplies, anhydrous ammonia, and
<br />miscellaneous merchandise; all recounts, including without limitation, accounts
<br />receivable arising out of the sale of inventory, and all antes receivable; all right,
<br />title and interest in and to any and all common stock, preferred stock, deferred
<br />patronage refunds, notes, or other instruments evidencing an obligation of, or share,,
<br />participation or other interest in Farmland IndusCries, Inc., Kansas Citp, Missouri,
<br />or inFAR-MAR-CD., Inc., Hutchinson, Kansas, or any of their property; all warehOUae
<br />receipts; all right, title and interest in and to any and all grain, farm products,
<br />me~^chandise ar other commodity which is the subject of or covered by a warehouse
<br />receipt, bill of lading, or other title document issued to or to the order of the
<br />Debtor, any agent of the Debtor, the Secured Party, or any cogent of the Secured
<br />Party, by any warehouseman or other person or entity; all commodity margin accounts;
<br />any and all accounts for trading in future contracts for co~tpmodities of any nature
<br />now or hereafter owned or maintained with any broker fn which the Debtnr shall have
<br />any right, title or interest, together with any and all funds, credit balances,
<br />commodities and can tracts relating thereto, aow pr hereafter contained in or credited
<br />ta' such accounts or which may remain therein upnn the closing thereof; all shipping
<br />dacumenta, warehouse recelpCs, policies or certificates of insurance, instruments,
<br />gouda, readily marketable staples or other properties accompanying, relative to, ar
<br />shipped under or pursuant Cn any draft of Debtor accepted by Secured Forty; all
<br />contract rights; a21 general intangitrles; all chateel paper; all docu~nta; all
<br />inatru~etenCs; all cash, money, negotiable lnstrur•~snts, documents o€ Citle, securiCies,
<br />ds~stC- ~r~unts, or otl~z cash equivalents; and; wiCh res+~nt to ail of the fore-
<br />going (but not hereby authorizing the exchange, sale, ar other disposiCinn of any or
<br />all of the foregoing), the proceeds therefrom, products thereof, additions thereto,
<br />replacements thereof, and all accessories, accessions, parts and machinery now or
<br />hereafter affixed thereto, ar used in connection therewith.
