Hi;T3 28 now the miner and hoider o€ the Mort- <br />~~ 1QC}tt aAd "~'°_ Mortgage. <br />WfIEREAS, the Mortgage Nate and the Mortgage are presently <br />current. <br />WHEREAS, HUD has actually advanced the sum of $1,039,300 <br />under the Mortgage Note, which advance represents a reduction in <br />the principal amount evidenced by the Mortgage Note and the parties <br />hereto desire to amend the stated principal amount of the Mortgage <br />Nate and the amount recited as secured in the Mortgage and also <br />desire to amend the amount of the stated monthly payments of prin- <br />cipal and interest and to modify the beginning installment payment <br />data and the final due date of the Mortgage Note; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants <br />and agreements herein contained and for other good and valuable <br />consideration, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />Section 1. The principal amount of the Mortgage Note is <br />hereby changed from 51,056,600 to $1,039,300 and wherever in the <br />Mortgage Note such principal amount is stated, whether in words or <br />figures, such principal amount is hereby amended to state "One <br />Million Thirty=nine Thousand Three Hundred Dollars" or "51,034,300," <br />as the form of the Mortgage Note shall require. <br />Section 2. The amount of the monthly payments of grin= <br />cgal and interest as stated in the second paragraph of the art- <br />gage Note is hereby changed from "57,745.87" to "57,619.05." <br />Section 3. The time for the first payment of principal <br />and interest as stated in the second paragraph of the Mortgage <br />Note is hereby changed from "the first day of the fourteenth month <br />from the date of th~ Mortgage Note" (QctQ!?er 1, 1981? to "the <br />first day of the sixteenth month from the date of the Mortgage <br />Nate " (December 1, 1981?. <br />Section 4. The final maturity date of the Mortgage Note <br />as stated in the second paragraph thereof is hereby changed from <br />"September 1, 202.1" to November 1, 2021." <br />Section 5. The principal amount of the indebtedness of <br />NADH to HUD as stated in the second paragraph of the Mortgage is <br />-2- <br />
