WHEREAS, HUD has actually advanced the sum of $1,039,300 under the Mortgage Note, which advance represents a reduction in the principal amount evidenced by the Mortgage Note and the parties hereto desire to amend the stated principal amount of the Mortgage Nate and the amount recited as secured in the Mortgage and also desire to amend the amount of the stated monthly payments of prin- cipal and interest and to modify the beginning installment payment data and the final due date of the Mortgage Note; NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements herein contained and for other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: Section 1.
