The Issuer or the Trustee, or each thereof, may from time to time, without the approval of the Bondholders, consent to any amendment, change, or modification of the Lease and Agreement between the Issuer and Lessee for the purpose of curing any ambiguity or formal defect or omission or making any other change therein which, in the judgment of the TrusteC, communicated in writing to the Issuer, is not to the prejudice of the Trustee or the Owners of the Bonds or any amendment necessary to permit the issuance of Bonds of Other Series as permitted by Article II. Section 2.
