$I--~ ~~~~~~~ shall cease to be such officer before the delivery of such Series A Aonds, such sia~ature ar such facsimile shall, nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if he had remained in office until delivery. Section 4. Only such Series A Bonds as shall (i) have endorsed thereon a Certificate of Authentication substantially in the form hereinabove set forth, duly executed by the Trustee, and (ii) have been registered with the Auditor of Public Accounts of the State of Nebraska, and (iii) have been registered with the County Clerk shall be entitled to any right or benefit under this Mortgage. No Bond or coupon pertaining thereto shall be valid or obligatory for any purpose unless and until such Certificate of Authentication shall have been duly executed by the Trustee ana such registration shall have been made with the Auditor of Public Accounts of the State of 'Vebca~ka and the County Clerk and such executed Certificate and registrations upon any such Bond shall be conclusive evidence that such 9ond has been autnenticatrd, regis-- tered, and delivered under this Mortgage. Section 5.
