$I- i~i~60~'~ ARTICL2 Z DEFINITIONS All words and phrases defined in Article V of the Lease and Agreement shall have the same meaning in this Mortgage. In addition, and in addition to the words and terms elsewhere defined in this Mortgage, the following words and terms as used in this Mortgage shall have the folloE~~ing meanings, unless the context or use indicates another or different meaning or intent: "Bond" or "Bonds" - any bond or bonds issued pursuant to, in accordance with, and secured by this Mortgage. "Bonds of Other Series" - any bonds issued hereunder other than Series A Bonds. "County Clerk" - the County Clerk of Hall County, Nebraska. "City" or "Issuer" - the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
