$I- i~i~60~'~ <br />ARTICL2 Z <br />DEFINITIONS <br />All words and phrases defined in Article V of the Lease <br />and Agreement shall have the same meaning in this Mortgage. In <br />addition, and in addition to the words and terms elsewhere defined <br />in this Mortgage, the following words and terms as used in this <br />Mortgage shall have the folloE~~ing meanings, unless the context or <br />use indicates another or different meaning or intent: <br />"Bond" or "Bonds" - any bond or bonds issued pursuant <br />to, in accordance with, and secured by this Mortgage. <br />"Bonds of Other Series" - any bonds issued hereunder <br />other than Series A Bonds. <br />"County Clerk" - the County Clerk of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />"City" or "Issuer" - the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />The address of Issuer is P.O. Box 1968 Grand Island, Nebraska <br />688©1. <br />"City of Grand Island Industrial Development Revenue <br />Construction Fund (Wilson Concrete Project)" or "Construction <br />Fund" - the fund created by Article VI, Section 1 of the <br />Mortgage, into which the proceeds of the sale of the Bonds <br />(except accrued interest) are to be deposited and out of <br />which disbursements are to be made in the manner and Eor t)ze <br />purpose specified in Article VI of the Mortgage. <br />"City of Grand Island Industrial Revelopment Revenue <br />Bond Fund (Wilson Concrete Project)" or "Bond Eund* -the fun~~ <br />created by Article V, Section 2, of the Mortgage, into whim <br />the funds specified in Article v era to be deposited. <br />"(]i~~in~w3 eJ~ the Issuer" - the .d._~3`=3Y a~5 `~ ^i ta: r~f.£lz <br />of the Citv. - --~ - - <br />"Guaranty" _ "Guaranty Agreement" -the Guaranty <br />Agreement executed by the Company to the Trustee, date~3 <br />as of the date hereof, whereby the Company guacanteea <br />the payment of the Series A Bonds and interest thereon, <br />"Lessee" or "Company" rvilsan Concrete Company, a <br />corporation duly organized and existing under the laws <br />of Iowa and its permitted successors.
