The Lessor is: The City of Grand Island, Nebzaska. The :.essee is: Wilson Concrete Company, an Iowa corpora- tion. The term of the Lease commenced December 1, 1981, and ends December 1, 1988, in less extended by Lessee's exercise of renewal options as provided in said Lease. The Lease is governed by a certain Lease and Agreement between Lessor and Lessee dated as of December 1, 1981, refer- ence to which is made for complete statement of the respective rights and duties of the parties and the other terms and condi- tions set forth therein.
