This lease may be terminated by written notice of termination given by either the Lessor or the Lessee to th< other party, such termination Co be effective upon any date in such notice stated, not leaa,,however, than one year subsequent to the date upon which such notice shall be given. Such notice may be given to the Lessee by serving the Lesaee.persona2ly or by posting a copy thereof on the outside of any door in any building upon the leased premises or by mailing such notic¢, postage prepaid, to the Lessee at the lase address known to the Lessor. Such aotiee may be given to the Lessor by mailing a copy thereof to the office of the President of the Lessor in Omaha, Nebraska. Upan such termination and vacation of the premises by the Lessee, the Lessor shall refund to the Lessee an a proraca basis any unearned rental paid in advance. Section 14$.
