Immunity from Liability of Purchasers of Bonds, The fiscal agent for the Issuer (which in the cane of the Series 1981 Bonds, is Robert E. Schweser Company Incorporated, Omaha, Nebraska} shall be under no obligation to any Bondholder for any action that it may or may not take or in respect. of anything that .it may or may not do by reason of any information contained in any reports or other documents received by it under the provisions of this Indenture. The immunities and exemptions from liability of such fiscal agent shall extend to its directors, officers, shareholders, employees and agents. Section 1407. Suspension of Newspaper and Publication of Notice. If, because of the temporary or permanent suspension of publication of any newspaper or financial journal, or for any other reason, the Trustee shall be unable to publish in a newspaper or financial journal any notice required to be published by the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall gi~fP such notice in such other manner as in the judgment of the Trustee shall most effectively approximate such publication thereof, a.^.d the giving of such notice in such manner shall, for all purposes of this Indenture, be deemed to be compliance with the requirement for the publication thereof. Section 1408. Authorization of Officers and Agents of Issuer. The officers and agents of the Issuer are hereby au orized and directed to do all the acts and things required of them by the Lease, the Bonds and this Indenture for the full, punctual and complete performance of all of the terms, covenants, provisions and agreements contained in the Lease, the Bonds and this Indenture binding upon the Issuer. Section 1409. inaenture or in the Bonds shall be construed as pledging the faith and credit of the Issuer or of the State of Nebraska or of any political subdivision thereof, or as pledging their taxing power, to the payment of the principal of or the interest on the Bonds, or as creating any debt, liability or obligation of the Issuer (other than to pay the Bc+nds from the Revenue and other moneys pledged or realized hereunder), or of the State or any polical subdivision thereof. Section 1410. Indenture and Executed Counter arts Are One and the Same.
