81- (~t~505r: <br />or remedies herein provided, and each and every such remedy <br />shall be cumu'..,'•.ive and shall be in addition to every other <br />remedy giver. hereunder.. <br />The Issuer covenants that in the event it should cause <br />the Trustee to exercise the right of repossession of the <br />Project under Se.:tion 8.03 of the Lease, in lieu of <br />terminating the Lease, it shall cause the Trustee to <br />administer and otherwise conduct the operation of the <br />Project in such prudent and businesslike manner as shall <br />protect and enhance to the fullest extent feasible the <br />rights and interests of tihe Bondholders in the Project. <br />Section 810. No Delay or Omission Construed to be a <br />Waiver. No delay or omission of the Trustee or of any <br />holder of the Bonds to exercise any right or power accruing <br />upon any default shall impair any such right or power or <br />shall be construed to be a waiver of any such default or any <br />acquiescence therein; and every power and remedy given by <br />this Indenture to the Trustee and ro the holders of the <br />Bonds, respectively, may be exercised from time to time and <br />as often as may be deemed expedient. <br />The Trustee may, and upon written request of the <br />holders of nat less than sixty-six and two-thirds percent <br />{66 2/3$} in aggregate principal amount of the Bonds then <br />outstanding shall, waive any default which in its opinion <br />shall have been remedied before the entry of final judgment <br />or decree in any_suit, action or proceeding instituted by it <br />under the provisions of this Indenture or before the <br />completion of the enforcement of any other remedy under this <br />Indenture, but no such waiver shall extend to or affect any <br />other existing or any subsequent default or defaults or <br />impair any rights or remedies consequent thereon. <br />Section 811. Notice of Default. The Trustee shall <br />mail to the Company, a Guarantors, the Issuer, the <br />Sublessee, the Bondholders of record and all owners of <br />registered Bonds, at their respective addresses as they <br />appear on the registration books, written notice of the <br />occurrence of any event of default set forth in Section 801 <br />+~f this Article within thirty (30} days after the Trustee <br />shall have notice, subject to the provisions of Section 408 <br />of thin Indenture, that any such event of default shall have <br />occurred. The Trustee shall not, however, be subject to any <br />liability by reason of its failure to cause the delivery or <br />actual receipt of any such notice. <br />Section 812.
