Neither the Mortgagor nor <br />any of the Partners of the Mortgagor shall, without the prior <br />written consent of the ether Mortgagee, assign, convey, <br />mortgage, sell, encumber, pledge, hypothecate or otherwise <br />charge his share of the mortgaged property or other ~:.-:_-ets <br />of Mortgagor or his separate partnership interest in any way <br />whatever.
