<br />KNOB ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT Phyllis M. Helzer, a single person, of
<br />816 North Broadwe'1, Grand Island, Hail County, in the State of Nebraska, in
<br />consideration of the wm of Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-nine and
<br />No/100 Dollars in hand paid, do hereby SELL and CONYEY unto Jerome C.
<br />Enevoidsen and JoAnne M. Ottman, as Tenents in Common, and in equal shares,
<br />Mortgagees of 1512 Donald Street, Ponca City, Oklahoma and 2813 Northwest
<br />Avenue, Grand Island, Nebr ska, respectively, all the Mortgagor's interest in
<br />the following described premises, to-wit:
<br />Lot Four (4), in Block Two (2), in Lambert's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska .
<br />TO HAYE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with all the
<br />appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the said mortgagees and to their heirs
<br />and assigns, forever, provided always, and these presents are upon the
<br />express condition that if the aforesaid mortgagor, her heirs, personal
<br />representatives or assigns shall pay or cause to be paid the said mortgagees,
<br />their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the sum of Eight Thousand
<br />Eight Hundred Fifty-nine and No/100 Dollars, payable as follows, to-wit: The
<br />sum of Eight Thousana Eight Hundred Fifty-nine and Naf140-----Dollars to be
<br />paid on or before November 20, 1482 plus accrued interest thereon at 12 per
<br />cent per annum, all according to the tenor and effect of a certain Promissory
<br />Note of Phyllis M. Helzer, bearing even date with these presents, and shall
<br />pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and all other
<br />taxes, levies and assessments levied upon this mortgage or the note which
<br />this mortgage is given to secure, before the same becomes delinquent, and
<br />keep the dwelling on said premises insured for its insurable value loss, if
<br />argr, payable to the said mortgagees, then these presents to be void,
<br />otherrise to be and remain in full force.
<br />IT IS FURTHER AGREED (i} That is the said mortgagor shall fail to pay
<br />wch taxes or procure wch in w ranee, the said mortgagees may pay such taxes
<br />and pr~acure such insurance; and the sum so advanced, with interest at 12 per
<br />cent shall be paid by said mortgagor, and this mortgage shall stand as
<br />security for the same. (2) That a failure to pay any of said money, either
<br />principal ar interest when the same becomes due, or a failure to comply with
<br />any of the foregoing agreements, shall cause the whole sum of money herein
<br />secured to become due and collectable at once at the option of the
<br />mortgagees.
